if obama is elected as president and he was informed by the secret agencies and us friends that Iran has devoloped newclear bobbns and contemplating using against Isreal he goes before the congress and vote arsolution authorising him to take necessary measures to prevent such event does he expect the congress vote for him or expects the congress refusing him the measure?
